Access Payee Ranking by Attainment Percent

You can access the Payee Ranking by Attainment Percent report by clicking the Payee Ranking by Attainment Percent link as depicted in the following figure:

Upon clicking this link, following prompt is displayed:

This prompt displays Performance Category, Period, Select Year, and Payee Job Category parameters and Values field to display the corresponding parameter values. By default the Value fields of Performance Category, Select Year, and Payee Job Category are filled with the value “ALL” and the Value field of period is filled with the value “1”.

You can click the (lookup) buttons adjacent to the Period, Select Year, and Payee Job Category parameters to pick the required values. Upon clicking this button, the Lookup windows are displayed with all the available values.

The Search window for Period displays the Period Number values. You can click on any of these values to select a period.

The Search window for Select Year displays the Fiscal Year values. You can click on any of these values to select a period.

The Search window for Payee Job Category displays the Payee Job Category values. You can click on any of these values to select a period.

You can also use the Search field to find a value present in the Search windows.

Click the  button. The search operation is performed using the entered Performance Category, Period, Select Year, and Payee Job Category parameters and the report is generated. A sample report is displayed in the following diagram:

The header of the report displays Performance Category, Fiscal Year, and Period.

The Pagination options enable you to navigate between various pages of the report. The Export options enable you to save the report contents locally. For more details, see pagination and Export Options sections.
