You can access the Payee YTD Summary Statement by clicking the Payee YTD Summary Statement link as depicted in the following figure:
Upon clicking this link, the following form is displayed.
This prompt displays Payee ID and Select Year parameters and Values field to display the corresponding parameter values. By default the Value field of Payee ID and Select Year is filled with the value “ALL”.
You can click the (lookup) buttons adjacent to the Payee ID and Select Year parameters to pick the required values. Upon clicking this button, the Lookup windows are displayed with all the available values.
The Search window for Payee ID displays the Payee ID, Payee Name, and Payee Job Category values of all the available payees. You can click on any of these values to select a payee.
The Search window for Select Year displays all the available fiscal years. You can click on any of these values to select a year.
You can also use the Search field to find a value present in the Search windows.
Click the button. The search operation is performed using the entered Payee ID and Select Year parameters and the report is generated. A sample report is displayed in the following diagram:
The contents of the report are the following:
|Displays the payout period.
|Gross Payout Amt
|Displays the gross payment amount.
|Displays the draw or advance adjustments.
|Displays the cap adjustments.
|Displays the draw or advance balance.
|Displays the cap balance amount.
|Displays the draw guarantee.
|Displays the other adjustments.
|Net Payout Amt
|Displays the net payout amount after all the adjustments.
|Displays the default currency.
The Pagination options enable you to navigate between various pages of the report. The Export options enable you to save the report contents locally. For more details, see pagination and Export Options sections.
