The Add New Query for Execute Action option enables you to create new Query for Execute Action records in the database. Perform the following procedure to create a new Query for Execute Action record:
- Click
button.
The Query– Add page is displayed.
- Enter the name of the query in the Query Name
- Enter the description in the Query Description
- Click the required object in the Select an object field. The fields are refreshed according to the selected Object.
- Enter the required parameters in the Parameters
- Enter the query in the Query
- Click the drop down list adjacent to the Query Type field and select the type of the query. Available options are the following:
- Folder
- Query
- Click the drop down list adjacent to the Sub Query of field and select a parent query. The drop down list displays the existing queries. You can also click
the button to select a Query.
- Click the drop down list adjacent to the Query Scope field and select the scope of the query. Available options are the following:
- Custom
- System
- Select the check box adjacent to Query Exportable field, if you want to make the query data exportable.
- Click the drop down list adjacent to the Query Level field and select the Level of the query. Available options are the following:
- Query Level 1
- Query Level 2
- Query Level 3
- Query Level 4
- Query Level 5
- The Owner field is auto populated with the name of the user who has created this record.
- Click
button to save the Query information.
The details are saved and the query is displayed in the Query page.
