You can access My Email Settings sub-module by clicking the LHS link Administration> My Email. Upon clicking this link, the My Email page is displayed as depicted in the following figure:
The My Email page displays existing email settings.
This page also provides you options to search for existing Email Settings, create new Email Settings, edit existing Email Settings, copy existing Email Settings data to create new record, and so on. You can also click the button to select additional details to be displayed. These include Display Name, Email, Enable BCC, and Email Signature.
